Andrew Heber has always been an enthusiastic entrepreneur. He started his first business of selling toys and home baked goods at age 10. Born in Kansas he moved with his family to the Lafayette area, in 1991. After graduating from high school Andrew completed a Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering and then pursued his Masters in Biological and Agricultural Engineering at Purdue. Upon graduation he started his career at Caterpillar and has since finished an MBA from the Krannert Business School. Though he has come a long way from his local toy selling business, he has continued turning visions into reality. He is committed to working hard to provide the best possible service and help others achieve their dreams.

We decided to start Wabash Valley Realty, LLC in order to facilitate selling and marketing homes. We found that having a licensed real estate brokerage enables us to list homes on the MLS, giving us a much broader audience that adds additional value to our clients. It also enables us to keep track of the market, sell homes faster and better understand what home buyers desire in their home search. Because of our specialty in working with banks to help homeowners sell their houses through a Short Sale Process, we are now able to list the houses giving our clients more options and better success in selling their “problem” properties.
